In a field with such talent musicians I am honored to accept this award and proud to be counted among some of the most innovative performers in the country. I also want to congratulate The Louisville Leopard Percussionists on all their hard work and winning the over-all POP ICON of 2016, as well as the Pacific Symphony – Music Mixology for being the POP Project of the year. This past year provided us with many great projects, musicians, and opportunities and I look forward for many more in the future!
